Just recently adopted a 1 year old shepard/ collie mix who is a very nervous and from what I've gathered at the shelter, didn't have a positive start at life. In the couple hours Roxy was over she got Kino eating treats out of her and my bf's hands. Roxy is very knowledgeable and helped point us in the right direction to help Kino gain confidence and get her on the right track to being not only a well behaved but also a happy dog.
