Fidelity K9

We had a very positive experience with K9 Fidelity. Steve clearly knows his stuff. He's passionate, highly knowledgeable, and cares deeply about dogs and the training process. Ethan was especially great to work with—professional and patient. Our dog was fully trained during our time with them. They have a lifetime retraining session, which we went to today, to refresh on key elements. We’d definitely consider using their services again if we get a puppy.

It would be hard to put into words my gratitude for Steve. To make a long story short, he quite literally saved our dog from going back to the breeder or being euthanized. I was in a situation where we were leaving for vacation and the individual we thought could watch our dog couldn’t because our dog is very territorial of her home and reactive. On a whim, I found Fidelity K9 and called on a Friday (a week before we were leaving ) at 5:30pm and Steve picked up. He was booked for boarding but asked my situation. He spent almost an hour with me discussing our situation. He ended up taking our dog in for boarding after a few sessions. Had he not taken her, she would have been surrendered back to the breeder. He did not want to see that happen. We absolutely love Steve and Ethan. Their love of dogs is so evident. Our dog will be training with them to address her issues. I highly recommend them to anyone needing dog training. They saved our dog and we will forever be indebted to them.

Although I didn’t end up having my dog trained by Fidelity K9, I still want to highlight the professionalism and knowledge this trainer brings to the table. He was incredibly patient, informative, and clearly knows his craft when it comes to working dogs and obedience training. He took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and showed genuine passion for the work he does. Even without signing up for a program, I left the conversation feeling more confident and educated.
