Fidelio Dog Works

We recently had our 5 month old mini bernedoodle stay with Fidelio for the 3 week board and train. It was the best decision we ever made. The process started with Donovan (owner and head trainer) visiting our home to meet our dog and our family. He took the time to meet our family and learn our lifestyle. With this, he developed a plan for us. We opted for the three week plan, and we couldn't be more happy. Our dogs transformation was incredible. She returned to us with an incredible foundation. Donovan spent a great deal of time with us showing how to best interact with our dog so we could continue the progress and even made several trips to our house after to help us reinforce. When Fidelio advertises lifetime support it is absolutely what they provide. I regularly test Donovan with questions and he is quick to respond and eager to support in any fashion. I would 100% choose Fidelio again and would not consider using anyone else. Thank you Fidelio.

We cannot say enough positive things about Fidelio. To start, Lady was infamously the most rambunctious dog at every event, she would not listen, jump on guests, pull aggressively on walks, and at times was reactive towards dogs and people. With Fidelio 3-4 week training, we have the dog we know and love who has held on to the wonderful parts of who she is and also listens. She is more at peace, confident, and we feel more liberated to take her places knowing she will follow our direction. Every person that met Lady before training and now, has commented on her transformation. This has changed our lives for the better and has allowed our dog to live hers to the fullest. In addition to how Lady is, the staff at Fidelio is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Donovan’s ability to understand the psyche of your animal is remarkable, and tailors all of his training towards what each dog needs to live their best life. He has provided structure where there was chaos and confidence where she had insecurity. We loved working with each trainer at Fidelio. Lastly, Fidelio provides longitudinal support for dogs and their owners. For us the transition home was seamless because of Donovan’s support with home visits. He helped us tweak her training to ensure the behaviors were proofed, and has always immediately responded whenever there are questions, concerns, or worries. This was worth every penny!!

Donovan and the trainers at Fidelio are amazing! We have a Aussiedoodle name Remi - super sweet, but she is full of energy and was a handful - jumping on people and almost impossible to catch if she got out. Donovan showed us that what we were doing that we thought would help was actually hurting. By working with Fidelio, in a short time, Remi has become much calmer and much better behaved. And the best part is that now that Remi can be better trusted, she gets to do more. She can go out in the front yard, (calmly) see our guests, and do more with us. Her quality of life is absolutely better. She's gone from a sweet but sometimes problem dog, to a still sweet, well behaved dog. We all want happy, well adjusted dogs, and with Fidelio's help, we're getting there. Thanks y'all!
