I can't say enough good things about Fetching Feathers. I sent my 6-month-old German Shorthaired Pointer to them for three months of obedience and hunting training, and the transformation has been incredible. Before training, we really struggled with recall, heel, and basic manners—even simple walks were a challenge, despite working with other trainers. Now, I have a completely different dog. His recall is sharp, his heel is solid, and he’s matured into such a focused and eager-to-please pup. The team at Fetching Feathers really nailed how to communicate with him using an e-collar, something I hadn’t been able to figure out before. On top of that, he's confidently finding birds and already showing great promise in hunting—at just 9 months old! I’m beyond excited to take him hunting. Thank you to everyone at Fetching Feathers for the time, care, and dedication you put into my dog. You’ve not only helped him reach his potential—you’ve helped me enjoy my dog so much more.

We sent our 6 month old, female GSP over to Anthony and team and couldn’t be happier with the results. Reggie came back as one of the most obedient GSP’s I’ve ever been around. Her bird skills were on display when I picked her up and I look forward to seeing more from her in this department come fall. Being so far away from the kennel, we really appreciated Anthony and team sending us multiple videos every week on her progress! We sent our GSP to Fetching Feathers for fowl training and behavior. Anthony, Lee, and Joe went above and beyond with our girl and delivered exactly as promised. While we do have a well behaved fowl dog after this 3 month program, Anthony’s integrity and refusal to be outworked is what makes Fetching Feathers the best in the business. It’s not easy to trust someone with your dog for this length of time, but the constant communication and daily videos proved that our girl was thriving. We will be boarding here from now on and sending all of our future dogs here for training!
