Exclusive Dog Training

We contacted Carlos to help us manage our two very bossy malamutes and help teach them some manners that they have been lacking (ie jumping on people when they walk in the house, pulling harshly during walks, chasing after the cats, etc) Carlos helped us better understand the psyche of our dogs and how we need to learn about their mind and body language just as much as they take into consideration our own, without us even realizing how much of an impact that is in day to day dog owning life. I could go on- but in the end he is a fantastic dog trainer who is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful on the subject , and even though we didn’t have a real “problem dog” or anything to begin with- there has been a noticeable improvement in our every day lives with these two big dogs who have been previously a pain in the butt to handle- but not much anymore thanks to Carlos! Never thought I’d see the day my dogs walked BEHIND ME 😱

Before Carlos, Dino our pitbull was impossible to walk on a leash. Carlos trained him to heel and walking him now is a pleasure. He now obeys our commands and also stopped the aggressive “nipping”. Dino is even walking off leash now. We had Dino with two other trainers prior to Carlos and neither of them were effective. We were comfortable with Carlos right from the start. He spent three hours talking to us in our home. He patiently listened to all of our concerns and addressed every one of them. He tailors the training to the individual dog and it shows. He keeps all of his appointments and we feel comfortable in knowing that we can reach out to him at any time if an issue/behavior should arise. I would highly recommend Carlos to family and friends. He does not disappoint!

Carlos is every dog owners dream! We called him because our new puppy was biting my husband. We had both owned dogs before but we couldn't get the biting to stop. Within the first 3 days after our first training with Carlos, our puppy was reformed! He got nippy again when he started teething, but we had the skills to handle it that time. We took our training further and continue to be impressed not only by Carlos's methods but also with how our dog responds to it. Besides being good at his job, Carlos is a great person. He checks in, is flexible with training appointments, and listens to your concerns. We have never felt uncomfortable or unsatisfied. We recommend him to all our friends who have dogs!
