Exceptional Canines In-Home Dog Training

Ingo is great and we highly recommend him and his training. After having him come in from his first initial visit we can see improvements immediately from the time he left. It was amazing to see our little girl, Lucy, immediately perform basic training commands off of simple changes that we were able to implement immediately. We needed help immediately with basic commands and potty training. The tips that he left us with had a substantial impact instantly. We look forward to working with Ingo more and seeing our baby girl grow.

We absolutely love Ingo and his expertise with our golden doodle puppies! Ingo responded to my request very promptly and even gave me a phone call to hear about our situation and dog. My fiancé and I have been dealing with some seriously aggressive behavior from our 6 month shelter puppy Appa. We were extremely anxious since it started and we were even talking about re-homing him. I agreed for Ingo to come and do his initial 90-min evaluation. He arrived at our home promptly on time and got straight to work. He filtered my all of my thoughts, questions, and emotions into usable information for himself and was able to display his competency to correct Appa right in front of me. We ended the session with some training to work on. It has been 24hrs so far and I already feel like I am getting the sweet dog I adopted back. We have decided to move forward with his training and I finally feel like I’m getting control of our situation. Ingo was kind to my family, came well prepared, and stayed on topic! I chose to work with Ingo for in-home dog training because I could tell he was an authority on dog behavior when I first met him at my home. He spent time observing him first, then explained why he was doing everything he was doing with my golden retriever, Max. I chose the in home dog service for puppies because my dog was just over 1 1/2 years old. The main things I wanted help with were pulling on a leash when walking, stealing things (like toilet paper), jumping, drop-it/leave-it and staying put when we left a room (instead of rushing the door). Ingo showed me the strategies for overcoming each issue, and we addressed them all over time. This is the best money I’ve ever spent on Max, and I can finally enjoy having my dog. Well worth the time, effort and cost, and I was supported the whole way. THANK YOU!!!

My first choice & my only choice to recommend for someone choosing training with their dog. I reached out to Exceptional Canines and got a reply from Ingo pretty immediate which was so convenient. The way Ingo works with both me & my dog to better our lives is wonderful. Even after the first consultation appointment I realized this is going to quite literally SAVE MY LIFE training my current fluffy girl to be my psychiatric service dog. Ingo carefully evaluated and was honest about what expectations are. Did not sugar coat things and made sure he was diligent with the work he did even during the consult.
