We have been training dogs for 30+ years coast to coast, so with the many years of being in service to humans and canines alike, we have learned not one way is the “right” way! We are based in Vero Beach, Florida, we provide “in home” and “in kennel” quality obedience training options, along with many different fun options for busy households. We understand that every client has a different idea in the approach to training. Our goal as trainers, is to create a healthy, happy, life long relationship between you and your canine.

Tara, with Elite Florida Canine College, is amazing!! We’ve been working with her for the last few months training our yellow lab as a service dog. Tara is extremely well known and loved in the Vero Beach community, as we’ve seen numerous times with working her in public. Her insightful knowledge, genuine passion and special bond with dogs shows through in every session and interaction we’ve had with her. She has taught us humans so much as well! I chose the 2 week board and train program for our German Shepherd. We wanted obedience training and socialization. He responded very well to the training. Simply the best! Tara is a magician with respect to dogs. My friends had a problem 2 year old lab and I watched Tara for one of her sessions with him. She gave my friends the tools to "fix" the most stubborn dog I have ever witnessed! He is now a beautiful obedient canine. I had a 6month old puppy who was not nearly as bad and wasn't even considering using a trainer but after seeing her work I decided to utilize her services for my little puppy. I am so glad I did! With Taras tutelage my dog is simply spectacular at 9 months now! She is amazing and a great person to boot!

I would give them 10 stars if Google allowed me to! Having a puppy while also running a business full time is definitely a challenge but I’m SO GRATEFUL I found Elite Florida Canine ! Tara is absolutely amazing and an absolute life saver ! I could not have felt more comfortable and at peace knowing my Niko ( Shih Tzu ) was in such good care. They took care of everything from Boarding to pick up and drop to my home! He will be starting his Puppy training program soon and has just begun his journey with them. Tara and Rick were just amazing with Niko ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
