Once we charge the battery, now long before it will need to be recharged?
Hi Katherine,
Of course this number will vary by usage, but I usually tell people to expect between 24 and 48 hours between charges. You might also notice that the collar/receiver discharges faster than the remote. This is due to it getting the brunt of the work.

We took our new Papillion pup for training and the trainers recommended the collar brand. She was in training for a week and when she came home she was a different dog. We use the collar all the time and she listens well. She is a small dog so the lights on the collar really help keep track of her when she is outside to per. It is nice it has rechargeable batteries and is easy to charge, not like our old ones that took regular or special batteries and was always buying new ones. The control and collar are waterproof and built very well and heavy duty. We are very happy with her new attitude and the way she listens.

I had an excellent experience with customer service regarding a warranty issue. They were helpful, responsive, and made the process easy. The e-collar itself is very good quality, works well, and is definitely worth the price. Highly recommend.

My educator receiver started having battery issues just prior to my 2 year purchase date. Used the app to try to resolve which I found very user friendly. After trouble shooting filed a claim and within a few hours Megan responded and a warranty claim approved within another hour. Awesome response time - Megan did a great job.

I’ve used ecollar technologies for many years now, I was first introduced to it when I brought my dog for his board and train almost 4 years ago now. I’ve been pleased with the ease of the products and am a big fan of them. However what I am not a fan of is having to replace the products every year. For the cost of the products I would expect them to hold up better, ecollar technologies states their products are guaranteed waterproof up to 500ft, and if your dog is in the water often to tighten screws often. I do these things and yet every single collar I have had, has been water damaged within a year. My dogs don’t spend hours in the water, they are in there often yes, but not enough that it should be causing this big of an issue. When I called the other day, I was told a product I received only just last June (June 11th to be exact) was now out of warranty and they wouldn’t cover it, but they would happily give me a $20 off coupon. It felt like a total slap on the face after being a customer for years who thoroughly values their products and has spent about $1000 with them through the years. It’s left a bad taste and a distrust in the company. The woman I spoke to was very nice, I will give her that but the situation as a whole I feel should be being handled differently. I would love to continue to support ecollar technologies and truly do believe In their products, however as a company I believe they should be standing behind their products and considering this is a consistent issues be doing something to fix it.

We were later informed that there is no free collar for us and also no wire or flags. We were told that offer was old and only for "certain people".. SO,, we will never know if this system is any good because we have ordered a different brand,, and we will not be using this one... Hit us up if anyone wants to buy this one
