Once we charge the battery, now long before it will need to be recharged?
Hi Katherine, Of course this number will vary by usage, but I usually tell people to expect between 24 and 48 hours between charges. You might also notice that the collar/receiver discharges faster than the remote. This is due to it getting the brunt of the work. Best, Jon @ E-Collar Technologies

By far the fastest and easiest warranty claim I have ever done with ANYTHING. They shipped fast with fast shipping and didn’t make me send my unit back first. Thanks Abby! You guys rock!

Worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. The woman I was dealing with was so rude. She basically called me a liar because my dogs indicator light won’t turn on, yet the tone, stim and vibrate work. I’ve replaced the battery in both the receiver and remote. From what I’ve heard from well known trainers, they’re moving away from this brand as the customer service has tanked in the past few months. What a shame. I’ll never make another purchase from here.
They have the best customer service and warranty hands down!! I had part of my remote break and they replace the entire remote, no questions asked. Also make amazing products.
Pro Educators are amazing, with the right training, in the right hands. I've had a set of ecollars for about 10 years and they are still going strong. The support staff is top notch. Any issue I've had, I've had quick responses and they've always been able to remediate it. If you're having any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to them!
