Once we charge the battery, now long before it will need to be recharged?
Hi Katherine, Of course this number will vary by usage, but I usually tell people to expect between 24 and 48 hours between charges. You might also notice that the collar/receiver discharges faster than the remote. This is due to it getting the brunt of the work. Best, Jon @ E-Collar Technologies

I think they will now warn people at check out about special protocols for international shipping. I paid extra for rush and international shipping. Previous- Never received product that I spent $300 on. Apparently the company will take your money to ship internationally, but doesn't actually know the process. So with my package in limbo, both UPS and the company giving conflicting info on how I could retrieve, the package was sent back. Company collecting every possible fee instead of offering any assistance. So when it’s all said and done, I will maybe get 25% back from what I paid, and zero customer service support. -unhappy, with a barking dog.
We have 2 Fluffy Corgis. Purchased the ET-400 all that can be used is vibrate. One of the dogs was shocked bad the second dog it the control was at 61 we were advised not to use it that high. We have tried different probes without any success. The vibrate mode is weak at best they need a stronger vibrate mode. This is why I am rating the collars so low they can't be used as an e-collar and the weak vibrate mode. I'm rating the collars low because they do not work for our dogs and a waist of money for our dogs.
Absolute game changer for me and my dog. I had no idea how beneficial this would be for my reactive, anxious, fearful dog. We live in harmony because I combined this tool with proper training ❤️
