My reputation depends upon the satisfaction of my clients and I do everything I can to ensure a positive training experience for dogs and their owners. As I explained to you at length when you initially contacted me, after your dog completes the three-week in-kennel program, the success of your dog's training would be dependent upon your completion of the six follow-up classes every seven to ten days and working with your dog at home on a daily basis. However, after you picked your dog up and completed your first class, your never returned for your five remaining classes. I tried to contact you twice, left messages, and then I even called your sister as I was concerned about your health as well as how your dog was doing. Your sister informed me that you were very unhappy with your training experience. I told your sister that I would be willing to start the follow-up classes with you again and also offered to bring your dog back into the kennel for a week's refresher at no charge. Unfortunately, your sister informed me that, in no uncertain terms, you would not be calling me back. As for the injury to your dog's paws and nose, this sometimes happens when a dog rubs his nose on the kennel fencing and chews on his paws when bored or anxious. I feel that I have done everything that I can do to make this right and I am very concerned that you chose to leave a negative review here on Google. As you can see from reading the other reviews here, my reputation is sound and I have a very satisfied clientele. I hope that you will reconsider my offer and that we can turn this negative into a positive result. Jim Durham
