Duran's K9 Training

I can’t be thankful enough for all the work that Jorge put in to help us to understand our adopted dog’s behaviors (5 years when we got him, now 6). At first, I was like “this is not going to work, this dog is a frenchie, he doesn’t want to understand, at some point I thought and told my girlfriend that she was wasting her money on this” GUESS WHAT! I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG! It works to perfection, Coco used to escape from house, lost him, police officers found on a backyard 1 mile away from my house at 10pm on Sunday. He used to bite the leash and pull extra hard, to the point that I didn’t want to walk him no more. Jorge, he was a mentor for us and for Coco. I will be forever grateful for his patience and time that he spent with us. If there is someone that I will always recommend will be him. Now, Coco can walk without leash, he listens and respects our commands, he is a frenchie (that says a lot lol). Thank you Jorge and your team.

As a first-time dog owner everything is new for me! My husband and I were looking for a trainer, we had no idea where to look at and we were afraid of not recieving any good results. I can’t say enough good things about Duran’s K-9 Training! Jorge was our trainer, and he was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable at all times. Our 14th month old Goldendoodle was having major behavior issues such as pulling, barking and lounging at people, anywhere we took him ( even on his daily walks), we couldn’t have people walking in our home. The first training lesson with Jorge was incredible, I had never imagined to see results so fast. We have a new boy now and I’m still in shock!!! We are now able to walk him without any behavioral misconduct at other people, dogs, cats, ect. We highly recommend Jorge from Duran’s K-9 Training due to him being such an engaging and motivating trainer with not only dogs but also their owners. Jorge is always reliable, punctual, prepared, and most importantly very loving overall. We couldn’t be happier and grateful with the outcome and we will always go back if needed for any extra support. Thank you so much!!

I normally don’t write reviews, but Jorge absolutely deserves one. Elliott came back a completely different dog. Elliott is a 3-year-old pittie rescue, and we were really struggling with impulse control, especially on walks. From the beginning, Jorge was incredibly supportive and really listened to my specific concerns. He didn’t just run Elliott through a generic training program - he proactively worked on the situations I was struggling with so that both Elliott and I would be set up to succeed together. The transformation is amazing. For the first time since adopting Elliott, I look forward to our walks together. I had started to feel a bit hopeless before reaching out, and Jorge was there not just for Elliott, but for me as well. I’m incredibly grateful for the time, care and expertise he put into helping us.
