Pam is a fantastic trainer. Our pup Maisie has had a challenging past, and we were dealing with significant reactivity to people, dogs, cars, motorcycles...you get the picture. Pam was able to give us some easy to follow techniques that have significantly reduced Maisie's reactivity. The tips work for walking in the neighborhood and for when we hit the trails. I am much more confident taking Maisie out knowing that she is much less likely to react and knowing what steps to take when we encounter a trigger. I would highly recommend Pam as a trainer who knows her stuff and can help dog owners facing challenging behaviors.

Pam is incredible! She comes directly to your house to see you and your pup in your own environment. At the beginning of each session, she starts by showing examples of training techniques and then gives you the opportunity to do the same process so you know what to do. She follows up each session with detailed notes and 'homework' to work on in between sessions. She's so patient and kind too! Definitely recommend.

We could not be happier with the work we have done with Pam. Over the last 6 months, Pam has helped our dog, Arthur, learn to walk on a leash as well as greatly limited his reactiveness to other dogs. Before Pam, whenever he saw another dog on a walk, he would start barking and lunging. After Pam, he clocks another dog but does not get distract or reactive. We have also had encounters with off leash dogs, where Arthur has been able to easily walk away from the interaction without barking (Pam's "this way" lessons were a great help with that). Pam sends lessons and notes after each of her sessions which helps you work with your dog in between formal sessions - which was helpful in Arthur seeing progress and building up your own confidence. I cannot recommend Pam enough - she has helped give us such peace of mind!

We spent a little over 6 weeks with Pam. She has been super helpful with understanding Klaus & training him to be who we believe he can be as a growing pup. Klaus took to Pam instantly & every week she’d show, he was so excited to train. He is really eager to learn & is so fast to catch on to what you need him to do. Pam has given us the comfort of knowing he’s going to be a well behaved dog if we keep up with the training. Pam is a patient, personable yet professional caring trainer. She not only wants to improve your relationship with your furry friend, she wants the best for you, period. She has given us plenty of resources as well. Dog sitters, boarding, insurance, plenty of advice for when he’s teething, etc. As we make the transition of ending our sessions with Pam, I know we will have her information with anything we need going forward. I can’t recommend her services enough.
