Dopamine K9 Training & Behavior

We had our 4 year old German Shepherd mix at Dopamine for a 3 week board and train this fall. Our primary goals were to improve her reactivity to other dogs, off leash recall and some general obedience improvements. We’re very pleased with the progress she made and think the work that she did there gave us a new level of control and partnership with our dog. She still has a way to go with her comfort with other dogs but Jeremy helped give us tools to move forward. We anticipate working with Dopamine to continue our progress and highly recommend their services! Maureen and Eric

Dopamine K9 is amazing! They've made some magical canine connection with our goofy Milo. He went from wanting to protect us from everything, to calm, cool, and collected. The board and training sleep away was like Milo’s little vacation where he learned how to just enjoy being a dog. It's not just sit and stay—it's tail-wagging, Instagram-worthy brilliance. We recently sent our 9 month old dobie with Danielle and Jeremy for a 3 week board and train, they were incredibly flexible with getting us into their schedule immediately with no hesitation. Knox needed basic obedience, work with fear reactivity, leash manners and some separation anxiety. Throughout the 3 weeks they were always sending updates and answering any and all questions we had. At pick up day Jeremy went over everything we needed to know in order to transition the training into our home. His teachings were comprehensive and easy to follow as well and very impressive with how knowledgeable he is with each individual dog. He even took time out of his day to take us to the park to show us how to handle real life situations. Knox is a completely different dog than when we dropped him off and we couldn’t be more grateful and pleased with the results. If you are considering a board and train with them we highly recommend! Dropping Bella off: Very thorough, and experienced trainer. Has worked with and trained many rescued dogs with great success. —Update. Bella, our seven year old Labradoodle, has completed her initial training, and what a positive outcome! Upon picking her up Jeremy walked us through her training, which; familiarized us with the process used so that we are able to continue with her training. We can’t say enough good for Danielle, Jeremy and Dopamine K9. 💕 After hearing of our friends’ horrible experiences with other NW trainers, we chose to make calls, read websites/reviews, and the research paid off. They are everything they claim to be. Positive and creative, with big results. Our dog adores them. (And we do too.) She’s a high energy puppy, but instead of “surviving” her and her first years, we are now enjoying them. 🐶
