My family signed up our puppy for a class. When the time came to start the class my wife and two children all had the flue. I called Dogtrain to explain the situation. They didn't answer the phone and chose not to return my call. When the second training day came up my family was still ill. I called again and got the same results. In the following week my wife and I both called and my wife finally got a call back. She explained the situation and wanted to know if we should just start from the beginning of the next series of classes because we have missed half of the course at this point. She was told it will cost another $90 to start over and no refunds are given. So, unless we pay another $90 we are just giving Dogtrain a donation of the original expenditure. Dogtrain apparently does not care if your family is ill and no excuses are legitimate for rescheduling. I guess they would have preferred an entire contagious family be there to get everyone of their other customers sick. It's sad really. That is not a professional way of conducting business. They have no compassion.
