Trainer is very rude and aggressive at times. Does not like to listen to her clients on how they’ve trained their dog prior. I always had a bunch of anxiety going after our first session. They are quick to judgement and think they know best- their way or the highway, one size fits all approach. Absurd. Do not recommend this place at all. They should be kinder to their clients and listen to them. Not all people are completely clueless when it comes to training their dogs.
Diane is great. Took my oldest German shepherd there 9.5 years ago and she is perfect. Now taking a new puppy and I know Diane will help me get on track with training to make her just as perfect. Always recommend her
Diane is awesome! I love her approach and the classes are great! We have taken both our dogs there and plan on taking advanced training classes.
