About DogTown Obedience Training
DogTown Obedience offers private, in home training for you and your dog. We specialize in positive reinforcement techniques. Helping you create a strong relationship, so your dog will listen out of respect and love, not fear. Jaime has been training in the St. George area for over 12 years. During our private dog lessons, we will cover: sit, come, stay, coming when called- even in distraction, walking on leash without pulling, leave-it, & door manners. We also can integrate other training if needed, like: potty training, jumping, chewing, leash reactivity, desensitizing, and separation anxiety. Each training session is one hour and you are left with homework until the next class. We customize our training to each dogs individual needs

Money well spent! It was a wonderful experience having Jaime’s help with training our new puppy. Jaime was professional and knowledgeable. She gave us the skills needed to help our sweet boy, Archie, reach his full potential. She is the best!
We loved Jaime and all she taught our new puppy Charlie. She came prepared each week with handouts and and knew exactly how to get him to obey (even at 8 weeks). I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in having a well trained dog.
Jaime is super patient and knowledgeable. She was flexible with our appointments and we watched her work magic with our chocolate lab, Maggie. She has also been available for advice after our puppy sessions. DogTown Obedience Training is a solid investment. Don't hesitate to book their super convenient home visits!

AMAZING! And that might not even do this service justice. We had recently acquired an adorable little doodle, Koda, when he was 7 weeks old. We had heard how important training him correctly would be but I figured he was too young. After visiting our veterinarian a couple weeks later he confirmed that starting earlier is better. I came home from that appointment and started my search. I read through reviews of some services and found Dogtown to be the highest rated which means something to me. I contacted Jamie and even though she was out of town she responded promptly and we arranged to have her start working with our little pup. At the time of his first session Koda had reached the ripe old age of 10 weeks. Jamie made arrangements to come right to our house, she brought treats and simple to read & review instructions (which we have re-read several times.). After each visit she would give us “home work” which was fun to do and reinforced the training we had just introduced to Koda who was a super pup, picking things up so quickly. Also, after the visits we would schedule the next session, I found Jamie to be very flexible with our hectic schedule. I have mentioned our experience to several friends and would highly recommend Dogtown and Jamie’s expertise to anyone looking for EXCELLENT dog training. It was a pleasure having her help us with our little Koda.
