DogTown Obedience offers private, in home training for you and your dog. We specialize in positive reinforcement techniques. Helping you create a strong relationship, so your dog will listen out of respect and love, not fear.
Jaime has been training in the St. George area for over 12 years. During our private dog lessons, we will cover: sit, come, stay, coming when called- even in distraction, walking on leash without pulling, leave-it, & door manners.
We also can integrate other training if needed, like: potty training, jumping, chewing, leash reactivity, desensitizing, and separation anxiety.
Each training session is one hour and you are left with homework until the next class. We customize our training to each dogs individual needs

Jaime came to train my 12 week old Mini Schnauzer. She is very professional and prompt. She is easy to schedule with and is very flexible. She was super patient with me as I was a first time dog owner and had no idea what I was doing. She made instant friends with my dog and always worked with him in a kind, gentle manner. It was nice to get her feedback and know my puppy was smart and learning quickly even though he's still a puppy and required a lot of patience at times. She really knows her stuff, and gave me insightful advice even when I asked random questions. She is definitely worth her pay!

Unfortunately I found Jaime to be both unreliable and unprofessional when it came to respecting our appointment time. She was late and/or cancelled and rescheduled almost every session. When I respectfully called her on this and asked her to accommodate my schedule the last time she cancelled on us, she broke our contract and refused to perform her last session (she refunded me for the last class). For $450 for four sessions, I expected better.

I can't say enough good about Jaime Gardner!!! She seemed to work miracles with our little 3 month old pup right before our eyes. She has such a love for the animals and displays such an easy going manner, putting both us and the puppy at ease. The money spent is so worth while knowing we will have a well mannered dog for years to come. We highly recommend her!!

Jaime is awesome! She helped us with teaching our puppy. She taught us by demonstrating and then leaving written information we were able to read and refer to later. We are so glad we had her come and help us; it was money well spent!
