We have a 7 year old Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier mix who spent years confined to his crate and our fenced in yard due to his behavior and our lack of communication/connection with him. After 10 weeks of private customized on/off leash training with their trainer Eriq, he is now going with us for walks in the neighborhood, into every store we can take him, watching TV with us on the couch in the evenings, ignoring our cats, not chasing our chickens, and finally able to live his best life with us. I'll train every dog we have through them exclusively (including our new puppy we're getting in a couple weeks). Trust their trainers. Trust your dog. Be willing to learn as much as your dog will, and your experience could be life altering. It was for us.

Dogs By Andy in Mooresville was a game changer for our dog Champ and our family. Training was our last ditch effort for Champ. He had some unmanageable behaviors that caused a lot of chaos in our home. We were referred to Dogs by Andy, by someone who used them and had great success, and chose to do the 3 week on/off leash program. We just got Champ back 5 days ago and I’m still in awe at his transformation working with Taz and Eriq. He not only knows and obeys commands, but his entire demeanor is relaxed and fun without all the jumping, biting, etc. He still has every bit of his personality, but now he has boundaries that he obeys. It’s unbelievable , but no more jumping, biting, pulling on leash, reactive to other dogs, begging, jumping up on furniture, etc. Dogs by Andy exceeded our expectations. They truly put their heart and soul into each dog and it shows. All the staff is amazing!

Where do I start!?!?!? From the moment you walk in to Dogs by Andy you are greeted by awesome and wonderful people! We opted to do in-kennel training and had to be without our puppy, Lumi, for 4 weeks. Andy and team made us feel just like family and walked us through the process and everything that Lumi was going to do while she was at training. Lauren created a group chat so we could get the play by play on Lumi’s training, and sent great photos and videos of our sweet girl. All of the trainers are amazing and took such great care of our pup. Lumi has been amazing since returning home. She responds so well to her commands and is able to off-leash everywhere that we have her. I would recommend anyone considering having their pup trained to go to Dogs by Andy they are the best! Also big shoutout to Lauren, Tess, Eric, Andy and all the folks that took care of our Lumi!
