FirstBarkI have a somewhat reactive dog that is 100% excited and comfortable at Dog U. The staff are knowledgeable, know how to handle all behaviors safely, and make us feel welcome. I’ve had a couple situations over the years where we needed quick boarding, and they didn’t hesitate to help last minute. They are connected with our vet, so it’s incredibly convenient. Absolutely recommend!

We put our puppy, Hattie, through the two week graduate program and wow! The results are amazing. She is so well behaved now and is easily corrected on her problem behaviors. Everything from chewing, potty training, and leash walking is such a breeze now. The training she received has made her an even better companion, because we can now take her with us anywhere we go and know that we won’t have to spend all of our energy trying to keep her in line. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Worth every penny!
Everyone there is really knowledgeable and friendly, and obviously love animals. I had my pomeranian groomed, the groomer came out to talk to me and she was definitely listening because when I picked my pup up that afternoon she looked exactly as I had hoped and described to the groomer. Highly recommend, very satisfied!!

If you are looking a new vet, boarding, and training facility this is the BEST in Birmingham!!! Calvin , Tyler, and Abbey welcomed us with open arms. Although they have an enormous amount of clientele they always deliver a personable experience. Each time I arrive I hear “HELLO MS STEWART”. You cannot get better than this; a place where people know you by name. I recently came back for a vet visit after being away for months. The staff still remember my name. Even the new staff members are amazing.(Emily):)Dr. Williams was patient and available for ALL my concerns. Also she came out to introduce herself!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!
Spoke with a woman here who was nothing but rude and hung up on me just because she didn’t know the answers. People who call in, are calling because they love their pet.
