Chas is an excellent behavioral specialist. 99% of his customers have a dog with behavior issues that have become so severe that Chas is quite possibly the last hope for keeping your beloved animal. It’s not an easy journey and it does take effort on the owners part BUT I promise Chas is a wonderful teacher and truly loves what he does. He is a full time trainer without a second job. This is his job! Trust him, listen to him and I promise you will see progress. Our dog has anxiety that has over the year turned into aggression. We have been going to Chas for five weeks and saw improve immediately after our first lesson. I would recommend anyone to Dog’s Best Friend.

We were referred by a friend for my 6 year old dog. We wanted to work on barking at the door and growling at other dogs. We did our homework and have had great results. It was so worth the money. Chas and Lily (his dog) gave us the missing pieces in her training. No more barking at the doorbell, barking as we pass dogs while walking and listens despite distractions. We are 6 weeks in. This week we have had multiple compliments on Roxy’s behavior!

Before this class we had a dog we had no idea how to control. We were struggling to find the right place to take our dog Zara to because she’s completed other dog courses at other places but it didn’t help in the way we would have liked it to. Private lessons with Chaz has changed Zara tremendously. Do your homework and you will be happy with the results. As a woman, Zara has improved significantly in following commands with me and not just my boyfriend. She’s 100xs calmer. Before we could never take her to a new location with dogs or people without the pulling, jumping, play biting and sniffing. People were never able to even pet her bc she was just too energetic. Its only been 5 lessons and I can tell you she’s not the same dog. I highly recommend Dogs Best Friend to anyone who would love to train a dog through one facility and know this place will help you get the dog you’d always hope for.

Wonderful experience! I just wish I hadn't waited until my dog, Koda, was 10 months and over 60lbs to bring him to Dog's Best Friend. Despite that, in 7 short lessons I have control back. I can walk Koda and take him places and know that I am in control. Chas has provided the tools for me to continue training Koda and I could not be happier with my experience.
