We’re three months post board and train with our 10 month old cavalier spaniel, Norman. The board and train program was great for all of us. Justine is old school for some, but at the end of the day she knows dogs better than most. She’s firm, but loves dogs. She truly enjoys learning about the dogs she works with. You can feel that when you’re receiving your training at the end of your dog’s session. Her insight into your dog’s personality, quirks, and needs are very evident. Norm is stubborn, smart, loving, goofy, and busy in the evenings. Justine’s approach and understanding of Norm has really helped us establish the foundation needed for Norm to be his best self. It’s a grind with his stubbornness, but he makes progress and grows every day. On a personal note, my wife had a major surgery while Norm was with Justine. When we realized the hospital stay would be longer than anticipated, Justine offered to keep Norm as long as needed. You don’t find that level of customer service often. Cheers!

We had an amazing experience with Justine (Dog lady of FG)!Our dog made incredible progress in just two weeks. The training was effective, and we felt supported every step of the way with follow-up guidance. A friend of mine had taken their dog to a board and train program that cost over $8,000, and the dog was there for six months. I was so relieved that we found Justine not only was the training faster and more affordable, but it also produced better results in a fraction of the time! Highly recommend if you’re looking for great training without the long wait or huge expense.

My husband and I are retired veterinarians so we were skeptical of Justine's promise to train a dog in 3 lessons, but we needed to act promptly. We are in our mid to late 70s, and we had a six month old male lab who already was over 50 pounds and full of lab energy and power. We would be in danger of severe falls if he wasn't trained soon. Three lessons later we have a dog who quietly heels, sits instantly when you stop, will sit and stay for 10 minutes, and obeys commands such as "come" and "leave it". Turns out Justine knows her stuff, and really understands dog behavior. Of course the pup isn't "done" after just three weeks but Justine gave us the tools for continued success and did the hard part of getting the dog's respect. We recommend her highly if you are really serious about training your dog, and are willing to do the work. The work is demanding and takes commitment. But it is worth every penny.
