We were at our wits end when we came to Justine with our 8 month old golden retriever, Walter. Between the barking, mouthing, jumping on strangers, not coming when called, and refusing to go into his crate, we were struggling to remember why we wanted a dog in the first place. We tried several trainers and were even asked to leave a group training class at a box chain pet store because, according to them, our dog was a “maniac”. Within the first 20 minutes of our first lesson with Justine we were amazed by what she could do, and it only got better from there! With the proper tools and education she provided, we now feel so much more confident taking Walter out in public, off leash on trails, and for walks around the neighborhood. 2 weeks ago we went to the river with our three kids and watched Walter romp and roam with them (off leash), worry-free. He is a happier dog because of Justine’s methods, and we, as owners, are ecstatic with the progress we have all made. We are finally able to enjoy our dog and we have Justine to thank for it!

Justine is an invaluable dog trainer with a wealth of knowledge about how dogs learn and grow. She totally transformed our six month old golden retriever puppy into dog that responds to all of the basic commands and he even has house manors! She also gave us great tips to continue his training at home and is always available for any follow up questions. We are so glad we made the investment. I highly recommend her as dog trainer.

Thank you!We were so anxious about our distracted pup running off while camping or at a river or jumping on people that we were stressed and not having fun. So we wanted to focus on training. Justine gave us great advice and training and answered all our questions. Now we have skills and support that we needed to make all our lives more enjoyable. We went on a trip a couple weekends ago and the pup gladly stayed near us off leash playing while we hung in a big backyard that was new to her and she kept coming to check in or just sit with us.
