I found them to be a jackass. When I called and tried to explain my situation they interrupted me which is a pet peeve of mine and didn't even listen. And then continue to lecture me instead of help me.
Colleen is a true master! And so delightful and easy to work with.
Colleen is knowledgeable and dedicated to teaching you how to use positive reinforcement to gain the behaviors you want from your fur baby. She also offers puppy playdates for safe socialization, group and individual training sessions. I'm not sure how good of a student I was but I enjoyed her "beginers" class twice! And my fur baby always had fun. 😁
