There is no place for rudeness and bullying in the canine world. Karen is old school in her approach. Needs more training herself in compassion and kindness, not to mention her outdated training methods.
I've been going there for almost a year. Great training and always willing to give advice. You can tell how much she cares about the dogs.

Karen had told me to come back in a week, which would have been yesterday. I’m going to try for next week.
