Doc's K9 Center

We signed up for puppy classes. Upon signing up online we were told we would be receiving some paper work in the mail. A couple of weeks go by and nothing arrives. No big deal. We text the owner to let her know nothing arrived. No response. A few days later we get a text claiming that we're the only ones who haven't done our orientation yet so we'll have to come in on Sunday for orientation. (We never knew about orientation because as I stated prior, we never received the paper work.) Still no big deal. I show up 15 minutes early to my appointment with my dog and before I even get the door all the way open I hear "there's no dogs today" I explain that I was instructed to be there and she just reiterates that theres "no dogs today" as a response and claims that if I had read my paperwork I would have known to show up without the dog. I again explain that I never recieved any paper work. She asks for my name and pretends to flip through some paper-work. Very obvious that she has no interest in taking my appointment, or working with me around her miscommunication. So I left. I'm sure she's a great trainer. But if attitude is important to you, skip this one. If you have the patience to put up with her self-righteous nonsense. More power to you.
