Divine K-9

I started working with Jorge over quarantine with my 8-week old puppy and have had a wonderful experience with virtual sessions. It's convenient and easy to set up, tailored to your dogs needs and responsiveness, and provides much more information than a group class would. Working with Jorge has dramatically improved my dog's behavior and enhanced our enjoyment of dog parks, walks, and day to day life. If you are considering training or classes, go with Divine K-9!

We love this muttly mutt, Louie, but understanding him and what he needs? We were feeling lost. Jorge has shown us the way and helped us see the whole situation more clearly and, through the process, we have a happier dog and less stress for everyone. My partner and I would highly recommend Jorge. Before our virtual sessions and dog park trainings, we tried several group classes to help our adolescent Aussie with impulse control and bully behavior, but we weren't having any success. We were having a really tough time making any progress when we finally came across Divine K-9. Jorge really listened to our priorities and helped us make a plan to achieve our goals. He was upfront and honest and didn't give us the garbage speech that he could train our dog in a matter of days. When you work with Jorge he truly gives you a custom approach to tackling the behaviors that your dog is exhibiting. We found the virtual sessions with a few weeks between worked great because it gave us time to work on our homework before our next session -- so we were ready everytime to learn new things while having him "on call" during off weeks for review. Our dog has made so much progress. We went from being constantly frustrated with him (and he with us) to enjoying training with him. We couldn't be happier with the results and can't wait to continue along this path!

My partner and I adapted a 1 year old puppy, Gambit, who had some resource aggression. Working with Jorge has been great! When we heard it was all virtual we were a little nervous. However, it was better than we could ever imagine. Jorge helped us with Gambit's resource guarding while also teaching basic obedience. Our puppy also had issues with our 3 year old niece. Jorge helped us build a relationship between Gambit and her. Jorge is not only very thorough but he also caters each lesson to your dog's needs. We would HIGHLY recommend working with Divine K-9,
