My fiancé and I were having a lot of trouble getting our new puppy and cats to co-exist peacefully. When we voiced these concerns to our vet, he recommended we contact Ricky. Ricky is personable, knowledge, and incredibly passionate about dogs. He helped us understand the importance of obedience not as any sort of punishment, but as a way to help our puppy navigate the world safely and successfully. Through our training sessions, we have developed a connection with our pup that has given us the confidence to raise her to be a well-behaved dog. He has not only helped us keep her calm while interacting with the cats, but given us so much insight into how a dog's mind works. We are very grateful for his time and expertise! I was very skeptical before starting training with Ricky, but my Australian cattle dog needed help. Or should I say, I needed help with her. I had done some training with other trainers and I was unimpressed with their technique and results. Ricky really seemed to know his way around dogs. He knew how to evaluate what our dog needed from us and what we wanted from our dog. His techniques are very helpful along with his interactive classes. Even during covid social distancing he can still see and interact with us. Our dog even responds to his command via facetime. Ricky has been just what we need to get a handle on our pup. There was a time where both of us were ready to get rid of our unruly dog, but Ricky assured us that we could turn her around. She is becoming a more respectful pup, and now I'm sure I could never get rid of her. We owe it all to Divine Canine Solutions.

Ricky is very knowledgeable. He focuses on your relationship with your dog. He gets to know you and your dog. He is flexible and observant and he finds ways to help you and your dog work together and be successful. He recognizes that training is a process not perfection. Her cares deeply about working with you to give your dog a great life...keeping your dog happy, engaged and challenged. And if that is not enough.. He is just a super nice persin!!
