I cannot recommend Dean’s List K9 Training enough! Since day one, working with Alena has been such an amazing experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable, informative, patient, and truly a wonderful teacher. Not only did I learn so much from Alena, but Bailey did as well! Since starting training, Bailey has become so much more well-behaved and significantly less reactive, and that’s all thanks to Alena’s guidance and expertise. From the very beginning, Alena took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and gave me the confidence to continue working with Bailey at home. The progress we’ve made has been incredible, and I’m so excited to keep using the new skills and techniques we’ve learned. I can absolutely see myself reaching out to Alena again in the future if I ever need additional help. We highly recommend Deans List K9. We signed up for 6 weeks personalized lessons with Alena for Scout, our 5 year old rescue lab. Scout was increasingly difficult to walk as she became over reactive when seeing dogs, rabbits or cats. Despite the training being broken up due to our travel schedule, Alena helped us keep Scout progressing with her training. We are now able to walk Scout with confidence. Alena responded to our updates on how things were going during the week with tips to help us between training sessions. She was always available by text for any questions and was genuinely interested in the updates on how things were going throughout the week. We also recommend Adventure Club which is a fun way to practice Scout’s new skills. Several of the Deans List trainers are there for support if needed.

I cannot thank our trainer Alena enough! My high energy lab was very disobedient and Alena has helped transform him into a calmer, better version of himself in just 6 weeks of training. He now has some structure to follow and has made strides in such a short time. She was always available by phone for any questions and was genuinely interested in getting updates on how things were going throughout the week. I would recommend deans list K9 to any of my friends or family!

We sent our nervous dachshund for a 3-week board and train with Savannah and it was the best decision we could have made for him. He learned so much in his time there and came back a much more confident boy. It’s hard to get him to warm up to new people and he was showing her affection within the first couple of days, which was a huge green flag for us. Savannah communicated with us daily to update us on his progress and really set our minds at ease. She displays so much patience and passion for what she does. She still checks in on him and is readily accessible for any questions we have as we continue reinforcing the good behaviors at home. I would recommend her and the rest of her team to everyone. Truly the best!!
