Curated Canines Dog Training

Kylah is THE best! I’ve done 3 sessions of training and I constantly board my dogs with her (and Meredith!). I have a 2yo shepherd mix and a 3yo husky mix. My dogs love them most importantly, and the difference in behavior since we started working with Kylah is phenomenal. My dogs get compliments all the time on their good behavior and believe me they did not before. 😂 I also have complete trust when they are with them for training or boarding, I don’t need to check in all the time or worry at all. I can not recommend them highly enough. Trainers that really know what they are doing and absolutely love dogs. This is the best combination I could have hoped for.

Jasper is a high energy super cool 2 year Weimaraner. Unfortunately he developed some bad habits pretty early on that we were unable to correct. We reached out to Meredith and Jasper went “to boarding school” for 3 weeks. After a couple of visits to her beautiful place and some follow up training (of the owners tbh) Jaspers reactivity is way down, his recall is on point and the owners are way happier and less stressed out about running into other dogs. Meredith is an amazing trainer, patient with the humans and all around a pleasure to work with. I recommend her highly!

Meredith is such an amazing trainer and we can’t recommend her enough. Our 1 year old mini labradoodle, Stormy, was such a handful and had a variety of undesirable behaviors such as reactivity, destroying our yard, barking and growling at guests, jumping on people and the list goes on. We were hesitant to make the financial investment of a board and train program. We spent a lot of time trying to correct her behaviors ourselves and through a couple of puppy classes. However, things were not improving, especially the reactivity towards other dogs and sometimes other humans. We did some research on various board and train programs, and we eventually found Meredith. Stormy spent her board and train stay in Meredith’s home, instead of a facility like some other programs offer. It made sense to us that training her in the same environment she’d be living in and returning to (a home) would give her the best shot at success. Stormy returned to us as a new dog. She still her same silly self, but she’s calmer, more confident and she listens! She’s not running around getting herself into trouble. She walks beautifully on a leash, is polite with the neighbors at the bus stop and her reactivity is much improved. Because her behavior is better, she’s getting more freedom both inside and outside. She’s happier and we are happier. Stormy is now the dog I hoped she would be when we brought her home as a puppy. It was hard for us to imagine that the financial cost of a board and train program would actually be worth the results, but it has been worth it on so many levels. The stress of having a reactive dog and taking her out on leash, to sporting events, having people come over… is just not there anymore. We are so grateful for Meredith, who helped Stormy transform and who taught us all how to help Stormy in her journey towards being her best dog self.
