I just want to start out by saying Amber is truly an amazing and talented dog trainer! I have a 2 year old Australian shepherd who became very reactive towards people. It got to the point where I stopped taking him out places and it was really becoming a problem at home when people came over. It was emotionally draining. I was hesitant on what to even do. I was very nervous about even entering my dog into a training program because I was scared he was going bite people. Amber had no hesitation to meeting my dog waffles. On our first consultation, amber got to meet waffles and took the time to learn what my goals were for him and I. The best part was that waffle never once reacted or tried to nip Amber. After the consultation, I knew that Amber would be the perfect trainer to help me with waffles reactiveness. He stayed for 3 weeks and throughout the entire stay she would send me pictures of waffles and update me on his progress. All the staff at the kennel were very knowledgeable, nice and kind people. I even got to visit during waffle’s stay and take him on a walk! The last day during pick-up, amber went over with me step by step the training she did with waffles and how to use the E-collar device. My dog sat patiently on his bed for this one hour meeting. I was so impressed! She knew how much being able to take him out in public again meant to me. She was even kind enough to stop in country Max with waffle and I and practice walking around with strangers. If your questioning if putting your dog in training is worth it …. It 1000000% is worth every cent to work with Amber! I can now eat dinner without my dog in my face and take him to the store without him trying to bark and attack people.
