Tom Kelly is a retired U.S Army Colonel with over 29 years of service. He has trained with Cesar Milan, Heather Beck, Martin Deeley, and Nelson Hodges. Tom is a Certified Trainer and Canine Behavior Specialist graduate of Starmark Academy for Professional Dog Trainers in Hutto, TX. He is also a CHRI-RBT certified trainer. Do you provide ESA training and certifications?
ESA requires a Dr (psych)/ psychologist to prescribe the need for a dog as part of treatment. Having an ESA does not provide any public access rights except for housing. There is no ESA certification. There is training like Canine Good Citizen training and other public access training that is helpful to improving life for you and your dog— THAT I do!

Highly recommended for all dog owners, a class that truly brings insight into how your dog thinks and teaches humans how to clearly communicate with your pet. Thom has a wealth of information regarding training and understanding your dog's issues. I will continue the classes with my pup.

Tom is a true dog whisperer. He admits to being able to read dogs better than he does people... which might be a little true but I find it quite amusing. We have a difficult situation with litter mates where one shows agression to the other and started escalating that behavior by showing some concerning forms of agression towards us. Tom is helping us understand the dog and how to interact with him to solve the problem. His lessons are very structured and exercises are simple and effective. Every dog is unique in some way and Tom has a handy trick for every quirk. We had a noticeable improvements in the first two sessions already. As we progress through the courses, we start addressing everything that we humans need from our best friend. My dogs are more attentive, walk significantly better on a leash, listen better and we are able to deal with challenging situations much better than before. We are no longer concerned about any agression towards us and are working at making sure that the ballance is being restored between our two dogs. I am confident in the results after completion of the program. We will have all the tools we need to continue reinforcing good behavior. Thank you Tom!
Our rescue is much better behaved, and I am much more confident in my handling after completing this class. Tom is quick to respond to questions in between sessions. I would highly recommend his Foundations class and hope to take more classes in the future.
