Confident K9 Academy

Not only did confident k9 train my amazing service dog. We boarded our dogs with them for 9 months with them and on several other occasions. Every time our dogs come back happy and smarter. I have never had my dogs come back with any paw damage, stress damage, or malnourished. And my girl is a gold chihuhua and my boy is long haired, white, anatolian shephard/great pyrenese. In fact my boy went to the vet shortly after and had gained weight. And my girl was a perfectly healthy 15 lbs. Both were perfectly healthy! They get excited to go back and may like boarding more then home. We will continuously use them for all our boarding and training needs. Kass is the dog whisperer! Thankyou for your help my dogs wouldn't be half the dogs they are today without your constant care and attention to their training needs.

I absolutely love Kass and confident K9. I have been taking my 2 dogs here since the beginning. Her knowledge, care, love and compassion about these dogs shows in her daily training. From random basics obedience to Service animals training SHE TRAINED them both. My girls are ALWAYS so excited to see and can't wait for what's the days holds. She and the staff are incredible and show a true passion for what they do.

Upon pickup, after only 3 nights, my friend's dog was not only COVERED in brown and yellow stains that wouldn't wash out after multiple baths (indicating that he had been left in his own feces multiple times for extended periods of time) but he was also in a state of shock and acted scared for multiple days after. They told us they had misplaced his food and would drop it off after they found it (still hasn't happened) but after leaving the kennel he ate and drank 3 bowls of water/food and has had non stop vomiting and diarrhea after. I cannot express my anger and disappointment enough - do NOT trust your pets with this organization. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to use this service.

Do not recommend at all. I left my dog there for 3 nights and he came home covered in his own feces and urine. He was shaking with fear and was clearly traumatized. I had limited communication with the owners over the three days, and no one confirmed his safety the entire time. When he was picked up, he came out drenched in water as if to just be just hosed down to eliminate the urine and feces on him. He also has been vomiting and pooping all over my apartment since being home. He’s incredibly sick now and i need to get him groomed — that is the least of my worries considering now he is traumatized and clearly scared. DO NOT send your dogs here.

I’m extremely disappointed and upset with the treatment my dog received at this daycare. When I picked up my pup, I was horrified to find that they had been completely neglected — covered in their own urine and feces. It was obvious that no one had taken the time to properly walk or care for them during their stay. This is not just unprofessional — it’s inhumane. I trusted this place to look after my dog, and they failed on every level. My pet was stressed, filthy, and clearly uncomfortable, and no one on staff offered any explanation or even seemed particularly concerned. I strongly urge other pet owners to think twice before leaving your animal here. Our pets deserve better than to be treated like this
