FirstBarkOur beagle’s non-stop barking during meal preparation and dinner was driving us nuts. Mark suggested a remote video session during meal time to observe our interactions with the dog in the home setting. He assessed the behavior and suggested an effective solution. Problem solved during the session!!! Only regret that we did not contact Mark much sooner.

I cannot explain in one review how thankful we are to have Jeanne in our lives. I am a first-time dog owner/ mom and I was desperate for all the help I could get with training. Jeanne now feels a part of our family and someone we can rely on. After only having Ryder for a few weeks, we left him with Miss Jeanne for boarding/ training for over two weeks while we got married and went on our honeymoon. Nervous, sad, and anxious can describe how I was feeling about leaving him at only 16 weeks old. Over that time, she sent numerous text messages with pictures and updates on his progress. I quickly realized he was in the best hands possible. During that time, Jeanne worked on basic commands as well as leash walking. I was SO impressed when we came back to such a well-trained puppy who knew all the basic commands as well as much more. Jeanne is a wonderful trainer with a very professional and friendly personality. She loves on our sweet pup, like he was her own. A few months ago, we completed our 8-week obedience/ training course with Jeanne. She is extremely knowledgeable and gives you real life training tools. Jeanne is also very patient and specific in her instruction. We enjoy working with Jeanne, but I should also mention how much our puppy enjoys spending time with her. Ryder gets excited each time he gets to see her. Prior to boarding our puppy with Jeanne over the holidays we spoke in detail about what we had been noticing and what we hoped to see improvements on. While picking him up, we had a follow- up lesson to go over everything they worked on. It was very helpful to see the numerous training techniques they worked on. I am so impressed with how professional Jeanne Hodson is and will continue recommend her to everyone I know!

My pup was only 8 weeks old and she did well. We also participated in the beginners obedience with Jeanne Hodson in September/October 2019. My pup, Willow, and I absolutely LOVE Jeanne and her training style. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - and very patient with the young pups! We learned a lot from Jeanne and I would absolutely recommend her as a trainer. I hope to get the opportunity to be in a future class with her!

I no longer wanted to argue with the CPT owner. After I reviewed and left it as 1star, I got an email from Mark. This man is the owner of this training center.The details are written above with same name Grace, Chung.He was not morally right. He knew that I had to go on a mission to Israel and thought that Internet access would be difficult for a while. I saw the comment he left today and thought he shouldn't let it go anymore.He practically didn't train my dog, he contacted me because of my reviews as a representative of the business that would have a bad effect on his business. Even in his comments,he openly criticize me for mentioning religious things. When I took my dog to the boarding training , it rained so much that it was about an hour and a half late because of traffic jams. I was driving from Alabama to Atlanta.I should have told me what to do on time, and I would have stayed at the hotel the day before and on time. I didn't hear any explanation before dropping him off. She just fixed the place to take my dog. She was training not only my dog, but also her three dogs and other customers' dogs. I explained my problem only by showing a 3-minute video in front of facility, so I needed to get in touch with her and explain it in detail. It was only text.she didn't answer me well, so I gave her my dog on Friday morning and stopped by her house on the way home on Saturday, once again I agreed her husband was very upset, but I apologized her and her husband the sudden visiting, but this was the only way.I didn't live in Atlanta, so I had to go back to Montgomery three hours away.Of course, even five minutes did not explain that day. The owner, Mark, said the problem wasn't fixed due to my lateness and not to taking my son at the turnover. I decided to get a boarding train because my son was in 8th grade and wanted to cope with it better, CPT explained me the boarding was most intensively effective before leaving for Israel. But the trainer mentioned It was short and told me that it might not work.I honestly I agreed with her. When I asked the trainer's experience to office staff, told me she has 11yrs experience but she had only 3yrs.Nevertheless, I entrusted training because she appealed to herself and to doing her best. At turnover, I couldn't take my son away because he didn't finish school.it was Wednesday. She gave me an air pressure for jumping or nipping with my son. She told me let him use it. But I asked my local trainer and she said it was flammable and it was unconventional for the child to use. It should be used under parental guidance. Mark agreed this point.My most angry thing was that after my dog came back home, he didn't eat at all, I found his bleeding stool and the right eye was red and inflamed. When I first took my dog to the trainer, I asked if she needed a vaccination record for my dog.
