They answer emails as fast as they can, are incredibly professional, and definitely know dogs. I was impressed from start to finish. We rescued a 1.5 year old mini Aussie who needed a lot of help on leash and following through with basic commands (I.e. door crashing and listening to us when we are telling him to not chase the cat.). Heidi and EJ were so kind and helpful to us in really training us how to train our dog. They were straightforward and didn’t make us feel silly for not knowing how to train our bud. We have a standard schnauzer puppy named Axle, that was a maniac. Our vet called him a Tasmanian devil because he was so hyper. He was very stubborn and would pounce on anything. He irritated our mastiff constantly. He thought he was the boss and tried to dominate Mabel, our mastiff, and us. We wanted to be able to communicate with him and for him to understand us. We took him to Complete K9 Training. Heidi had him for twelve days. When we went to pick him up from training, we couldn't believe it. He was a completely different dog. He knows exactly what we want from him and does the commands that we tell him. We are completely satisfied with the job they did with him! We highly recommend Complete K9 Training for anyone that has a problem like we did or just need to communicate with your dog.
