Gary, we appreciate you trusting us with Lady and Mitzi—especially given the situation you were dealing with in your home. For anyone reading this, our training is not built around teaching basic commands alone. Commands like “sit” and “down” are simply tools within a much larger process focused on structure, communication, and lifestyle changes in the home—especially in cases involving aggression between dogs. In many cases, it’s those lifestyle changes that create the most meaningful and lasting results. Throughout the program and in our final conversations, our understanding was that there had been significant improvement in the home with both dogs. This review is the first time we’ve heard of any dissatisfaction. If there were still concerns that felt unresolved, they were not communicated to us, and we would have absolutely continued working through them. We also understand that everyone has their own perspective on value. Our focus is on creating long-term results and giving owners the clarity and support they need to maintain those results well beyond the training itself. Our door remains open for Lady and Mitzi, and we’re always happy to continue supporting you moving forward. – Complete K-9
