We’re sorry you are not happy with your experience with us, when looking in our records your dog was graduated over a year ago. When you initially contacted us with your two dogs recently rescued dogs Ace & Cooper, after a long consultation we advised Ace would be the better of the two candidates. At the last minute you decided to switch to copper against the advice of our owner. We had copper for 12 weeks, he passed all obedience tasks & service dog skilled tasked. He was a bit timid out in public and was advised from the very beginning. Our owner even offer after 2 weeks of training to switch to your other dogs but you declined, we continued with Copper building is confidence & with pictures / videos / training notes documented of his progress every 2 to 3 days throughout the 12 weeks. Cooper Graduated December 2022. Since graduation we have had 1 call / appointment made by you, which you were an hour late for the lesson, when arriving you declined the lesson Copper only to bring Ace and demand for him to be trained for 12 weeks for free. Our owner said we could do a 25% discount for training and start immediately but was declined. We have never hear from you to do a lesson or work with your dog since. We are happy to honor the discount a year later on your second dog.
