I cannot recommend Command K9 Behavior enough! Before choosing a company to train a seizure response service dog for my daughter, I interviewed many training companies. Command K9 stood far above the rest in terms of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care. From the very first interaction, Alexandra impressed me with her expertise and her compassionate heart for those with unique abilities. She truly understands not just the dogs she trains but also the families who rely on them. The training process was exceptional. The sessions leading up to graduation were incredibly thorough, ensuring we felt confident in all commands and tasks. Alexandra created such a warm, welcoming environment—it felt like attending summer camp! Thanks to Command K9, Sugar (my daughter's service dog) is well on her way to becoming a life-changing support for our daughter. I love Command K9 Behavior! Ally was so great to work with and is very impressive at what she does. I am truly thankful I chose her program for my boy Lux. He went into the program completely different than when I picked him up. I was impressed with the facilities as well as the thoroughness of the program. Ally will provide you with a bundle of training information that will help you integrate as the handler. She is always a phone call or text away which is nice during and after the training. I’m so glad she invited us in person for a weekend to put all the pieces together!! It can be a lot upon pickup, especially if it’s your first time with a service dog. We received a service dog from command k9 and she couldn’t be any more well behaved, she does everything she needs to and more. The outcome from this dog from start to finish is just amazing. A pup that doesn’t know anything other than how to eat and sleep to the product that comes from command k9 will leave you thankful you didn’t go anywhere else. Not sure where the 1 star rating came from, probably some sour ungrateful customer with impossible expectations without the understanding of how this business actually works. Understand that not all dogs are meant to be service animals, but you’d be surprised with what the command k9 team can do. I flew all the way from Oklahoma to Florida specifically to use this business, worth every penny spent.
