When I rescued my 10 month old puppy, I knew I was going to need a trainer, she was super high energy, stubborn and had a mind of her own. When I learned that Dawn (who is a friend of a friend) was out of town, I looked at other trainer options and since she had SO many amazing reviews, I knew it was best to wait for her and it was truly the right decsion. In 4 private sessions, I learned how to control my crazy puppy on a leash, teach her to sit and play appropriately but most importantly, how to LISTEN to me. Once this was accomplished, the stress in my home was drastically reduced. I cannot recommend Dawn and Coast Dogs Training enough! :)

Dawn is so amazing! She did a training session with our dogs and we focused on our dog Mac. He was recently attacked by another dog (nothing too serious) but ever since then he’s been reactive and protective. She worked with him on relieving that stress and gave us great advice to keep him in line with his emotions. Not only is he more confident now, but so am I to bring him into public places. He’s such a wonderful dog and it was a shame to see his demeanor change because of the attack. Now, we walk with confidence, he trusts that I have his back, and we both couldn’t thank Dawn enough! I haven’t experienced stress like that since my last dog and I’m so happy she was able to help us on focusing on the positive and making him our sweet and loving boy again. Would highly recommend her services to any of my friends or family. ♥️🐾🥰

Dawn was a huge help with our reactive dog Dora. She was very knowledgeable and communicative with my husband and I. She clearly loves dogs, we didn’t feel she viewed it as a business. She genuinely cared about our dog and we felt that we were in very good hands. Dora made huge strides while training with Dawn. We are continuing to practice her techniques daily.
