CMC Dog Training

Love CMC! It’s our pups’ home away from home. We’ve been taking our dogs M&M here since 2018. Both dogs went through training. Glenna and Amy are the best and they are always happy to answer questions or problem solve whenever I have issues or concerns. And now that the dogs have done the training program, we board them at CMC when we are away. It’s like a reunion every time they go back. None of the nervous behaviors we experienced dropping previous dogs at other kennels. As soon as they recognize we are headed to CMC, the tail wagging starts. So grateful for this loving place for our dogs.

Glenna, Amy and Carson genuinely care for our pup AND the rest of our family! It’s so much more than teaching commands. The CMC Dog Training process is a totality approach. We’re all in this together. CMC trained our one-year-old Golden Retriever and then met with our human family to share what was accomplished and coached us on continuing the progress at home. We’re looking forward to the ongoing group classes to reinforce the process. Thank you, CMC!!

We brought our fur baby Bellatrix, a German Corso (Cane Corso x German Shepherd mix) to CMC for the basic board and train when she was 4 months old. While pulling on walks and dashing through doorways may be cute when she's 30 lbs - when she grows to 100+ it can be a real problem. We know our fur baby is "special", so we researched several training programs in the metroplex. We were actually referred to CMC by a family friend who had raved about them and their results. We were not disappointed. After three weeks we picked Trix up, and she was a new dog (in a good way)! She follows commands, stopped jumping up on folks, and we can take her on a walk (instead of her taking us for a walk). Glenna, Amy and the rest of the staff at CMC make you and yours feel like you're the most important client they have. They take the time to learn the personality quirks of your pet and are great at communicating - especially when we left our puppy and called almost every day for three weeks to "check on her". We recently boarded Bellatrix for the first time when CMC and she was so excited when we pulled into their driveway. Would highly recommend CMC for any family with a new addition.
