I had an issue on my account and the young lady over the phone was super friendly helping me get it all taken care of correctly! Thank you for making me feel valued!😊 Their prices are super reasonable!🐾 I love that they offer the temperament test for free and you can get a free day of dog sitting if you have proof of your dog being vaccinated for the kennel cough! I happily took both! 😊 My dog was excited to go back in there, wagging his tail and all when he went in for his dog sitting. He really liked playing with the other dogs I think. Pick up is very easy here!! LOVE that they offer late pick up! Go to the side door and call the #, boom they come out with your dog! Awesome! Will be back!😊👏

If you want to know the true definition of good customer service and education on how to teach yourself how to better communicate with your furry companion then this is the place to go. You can feel the love and passion from the trainers even after just talking with them for five minutes. The trainers really take the time to get to know you and your furry family members to get a true understand of what you actually need. No pushy salesman here and after they educate you on how to make things better you will be asking how to sign up. The convince and knowledge that they offer is priceless. What more could you possibly ask for.
Our Daniff loves his days here. Staff is so kind and welcoming. Axl was a bit timid on his first day and now goes for his collar in the morning hoping to go and see all of his new friends. He has also calmed down a lot at home. He’s more obedient and much calmer around little children.
