Certified Canine Services is the BEST! Our dog is high energy and extremely intelligent. They helped us to better understand him and gave us the knowledge and the tools to have a stronger relationship. They literally changed our lives. He now boards with them while we are away, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The team at Certified Canine is incredibly professional and knowledgable, and we have the highest level of trust in them. In fact, we can't mention their names without our dog heading toward the door. That's the best sign of their overall quality to us!

I never go out of my way to write a google review, but in this case it was necessary. We sent our 9 month old pup to Certified Canine Services for their 6 week training program and he came back to us a new dog in the best way. Not only does he fully listen to commands, but his whole demeanor has calmed. He did not have any specific behavioral issues going in to training, but the staff at CCS was able to mold him into a straight A dog. Their facilities were spotless, and it was obvious from our dog's interactions with the staff that he was really enjoying his time with them. Thank you, Certified Canine Services- we will see you again as soon as another dog enters our lives!

My husband John and I recently fostered to adopt a beautiful labradoodle through All Creatures Big and Small Pet Rescue in Adams, New York. Casper, now known as Boomer, was surrendered in early April to the rescue. Sadly, he and two of his littermates had a pretty rough start to their puppy lives and really didn’t know how to be a dog really. We were very interested in adopting this particular pup, but our busy work schedules and a house remodel and redecorating made the timing hard. However, we kept watching to see if he would get adopted to a lucky home. ACBS is a non for profit amazing organization. In June, Casper was still boarded at All Creatures Big and Small while his littermates had gotten adopted, so we made contact again and were hoping to maybe be able to get him toward the end of the month when work would lighten considerably and we would have more time to devote to a pup who had been through a tough time until his surrender. We knew he had needs that were different from a puppy you bring home at 8 weeks. We told ourselves, “If it is meant to be, everything will fall into place and we are almost in a good spot to do this.” Several interested families had come to see Casper during this time but he was always “a bit too much” for them, we were told. Unbeknownst to us, Certified Canine became involved with this pup’s story and VOLUNTEERED to take him and put him through a two week obedience training in the hopes that he would be more adoptable. We didn’t realize this was happening, but were thrilled to hear about it. On June 13th, we met Casper for the first time while he was one week into Certified Canine’s program. He was so sweet and really responded to his trainer, Rachel. We fell in love with him that day. We told Rachel and All Creatures Big and Small Pet Rescue we were “all in” that day and Rachel started using the name we chose for him, Boomer, as she completed the training program with him. A week later, we went back to pick him up and bring him home with us. Rachel showed us all of the manners he had developed under their program and how smart he was. It was amazing how they took a pup who had been through a lot of neglect and brought out his pure intelligence, sweetness, and ability to learn in such a short period of time! He is such a good and beautiful dog. We’ve now had Boomer a little over a month and have officially adopted him, following the ACBS process. We have also followed through with Certified Canine’s lessons and Boomer is a loving, well-adjusted dog. He is doing GREAT! We attribute a great deal of this to Certified Canine and their generous gift of their time, love for dogs and expert training abilities. Someday, we plan on boarding Boomer at Certified Canine when we take a trip Boarding our fur babies was not something we would have considered prior to meeting Rachel and visiting the facility. Any reservations we had about boarding changed after learning about this facility and staff. Certified Canine is a top notch business and we know how much Boomer loves Rachel because he listens and gets excited when we play her video that has her giving him the commands— even weeks later! We discovered this by accident when we were showing friends his training video. Boomer actually was listening or tuned in to the clip and especially Rachel’s voice when our friends were viewing it and he did all of the commands in our kitchen! He does wonderfully with us as well when we train with him and use the lessons Rachel taught us. We couldn’t be happier with our new family member, Boomer, and are VERY grateful that Boomer was chosen to benefit from Certified Canine’s generosity and expertise. All Creatures Big and Small Pet Rescue said that Certified Canine was Boomer’s guardian angel. We couldn’t agree more. Thank you Certified Canine. We highly recommend you to anyone we can.

In today's world, it is becoming more and more difficult to spend money and be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We just picked up our 5 1/2 month old labradoodle from Certified Canine Services and we can't tell you how much we adore Rachel, Neil, Brad, and the rest of the staff. Even at his young age, our Murphy has a perfect heel, sit, stay, place, and he is just generally more attentive and eager to please. This is our second dog that they have worked with and we are incredibly happy with the work, time, patience, and effort that they put into every dog in their care. Overall, you just can't find a better dog training facility! Thanks Certified Canine!
