FirstBarkCave Creek K9 Training is well worth the investment. Our cattle dog mix had multiple behaviors to learn and she returned home a changed dog! My shepherd mix pup is high energy and smart, and I was having no success with training her, even with the help of a trainer who came to our house once a week. A neighbor recommended that I contact Rodd Proctor. From our first phone communication, Rodd has been instructional and supportive. My Emma returned from his 3 week board and train last week, and we are doing so much better! She is still my energetic Emma, but Rodd has taught us to work with her behaviors so she knows what is expected of her. I'm so grateful, and Emma and I are both much happier!

Maggie attended the 3-week training program and she came home a much better behaved, confident and happy dog! Rodd uses effective training techniques that we were able to learn quickly to reinforce her good behaviors. He even came to the house for a follow up visit to be sure things were going well and provide additional tips for any new or in-home challenges. Rodd is easy to work with, treats your dog like his own and provides photos and progress videos of your pup throughout the course. If you are looking for a trainer, look no further. Rodd is the best!
