Cathy's Canines

Cathy is an absolute professional and knows her craft well! Cathy's calm demeanor is exactly the approach that works well for us and for our dog. Each week, Cathy gave us a few, simple behavior techniques to work on. Focusing on just a few simple things one week at a time was the perfect pace for our dog and for us. I learned so much about dog behavior (and my own behavior) under Cathy's tutelage. I look forward to working with Cathy ongoing as we create a happy, balanced home with our dog.

Cathy was recommended to me by a person I met at a dog park. She raved about the change in her dog's behaviour after working with Cathy. She was confident I would be just as enthusiastic. I was a little skeptical. I had a 6-month-old lab puppy and a 5-year-old rescue. The pup was a handful, difficult to walk and often not responsive when I called her. Boy, did all of this change quickly. She is now a joy to walk, and I no longer worry about my shoulder being dislocated(not kidding, it happened with my last lab). She now bounds over when I call and truly pays attention. Our insecure and often unresponsive rescue is next in line for the training program, I anticipate with Cathy's firm, confident and always kind manner, our stubborn little rescue will be well-behaved soon too. I can't speak highly enough about Cathy; she is professional, punctual and a pleasure to work with. Most importantly, she has had a profound impact on all of us.
