We are located 10 to 15 minutes West of Hartselle, AL. in the Danville, Neel area. We offer proven Champion Field Golden Retriever breeding's that align with the GRCA (Golden Retriever of America) standard for breeding. Our breeding age dogs have proven Champion titles & pedigrees. OFA certifications on eyes, Advanced Cardiac, Hips and Elbows along with Genetic testing. We offer APDT certified professional Obedience Training & Retriever/Gundog Training. We have a competitive training program for those interested in building a champion retriever. We have over 25 years working and building the Golden Retriever breed and years of knowledge with various breeds to help you build your next companion, hunting partner or champion level retriever.

Sequential Gundog/Retriever training program that offer multiple levels of training based on the customer needs producing a Hunting dog that works with waterfowl or upland birds.
This program is taught in coordination with and exceeds the Gundog/Retriever training program to prepare and campaign a dog to compete in both AKC and/or UKC/HRC Retriever Hunt Tests.

I can't express how pleased I am with castle house kennels!! Colter has been awesome, answered every question, explained everything Duke did that week. Duke is definitely ready for duck season. We’re so thankful our golden retriever had the chance to attend a 2 month advance obedience training with Colter! Now Murphy can walk beside us, off the leash, when it’s appropriate. She can sit and stay, even with some distractions! We’re enjoying our fur baby so much more, because she’s able to obey! Thank you Colter for all your time and attention you gave to our sweet girl! In the picture below, I’m cooking, and usually Murphy would be jumping up trying to steal a bite of food, however, now she lays down at command, even while I’m cooking! She’s a good girl now!
We sent our Mini Aussie to Colter for the one month basic program. Reba is much better behaved. She is sits on command, lays, places and heels. He spent a lot of time with us for the hand off session and answered all of our questions. The facility is very nice and clean!
Very informative and professional. His dogs are amazing. Looking forward to allowing him to work with my Topbrass Golden!
