Our Giant Schnauzer, Raider, was brought in after multiple desperate and subsequent failed attempts with other training programs. While we love him deeply and we have a strong bond with him, the behaviors he had were unpleasant, were causing problems in private and public spaces; and even worse, within our relationships with family and friends. After doing careful searching, we found Carlisle K9 Dog Training and were able to set up a time for Raider to be observed and received a consultation. The team at Carlisle K9 Dog Training were incredibly thorough and very professional. It was clear from the beginning that they knew what they were doing, they really care about the outcome of their training programs and care a great deal about the dogs that are entrusted to them. When we received Raider after his training, it was truly a night and day difference- the quality of their training with him was impeccable. He was disciplined, focused, obedient and a real show-stopper. As a result, it is a joy to take him everywhere we can and integrate him even more into our lives. We also would be remiss, if we didn’t highlight something that we really appreciate about Carlisle K9 Dog Training: training the owner how to handle their dog and how to maintain all the behaviors they’ve learned during their sessions. We are so grateful for Carlisle K9 Dog Training and 100%, without a doubt we would go here again and again. We are confident to recommend anyone who truly loves their dog and is wanting to help their dog reach their full potential. Sincerely, the only regret we have is that we didn’t bring him sooner. They really are an amazing team of experts and you won’t regret it!

Brad and Helen are amazing!! They truly listen and care about your concerns. I really appreciate that they not only want to train your pup, but they also want to "train" the owners. They want the owners to completely understand the 3 pillars and all 4 quadrants of training because at the end of the day, they can train your dog to be the best version of itself but it's ultimately up to the owners to continue to provide that training so the dog can REMAIN the best version of itself. I also appreciate that they are a small family run business because that shows me that they actually care about the training they are providing instead of hiring a bunch of trainers who don't actually know what they're doing. Overall, I highly recommend them and I bet your pup will to!
