<b>1.</b> You came to a meeting. You+husband+puppy were so greatly treated that you signed up for obedience without requesting another trainer. There goes one lie.<br><br><b>2. BEFORE 1st class</b>(the only one you came to): per our email, <i>"<b>From the 1st second when you were happily greeted on time, you had a terrible attitude like you were extremely angry</b> directing all that… towards us that had done nothing wrong. We kept being positive even after having to ask the same questions several times to be able to start… your replies were vague… rudeness and negativity… We understood you were having a bad day… still treated you, the lady… and pups with nothing but kindness."</i>.<br><br><b>3. DURING class</b>: <b>huge success</b> you saw with your own eyes. She was calm, not doing anything that you were complaining about that she does when you handle her. We <b>accomplished the purpose of the class (heel) AND also taught her more for free</b>, for which you ALSO complained: <i>"I don’t care if she can find or catch, I want her to be able to come when she’s distracted by birds in the park, to mind and to settle when she’s overly anxious and biting"</i>.<br><br>She’s <i>"… been consistently reinforced for many wrong things for 7mo… <b>we accomplished her to stop biting, jumping, pulling, lunging AND… to find and catch</b>… in <b>ONLY 20min</b>… Would you have a child and say you don't want to take them to school… because you just want them to be a doctor?... <b>tell a person who struggles with anxiety to just settle?"</b></i><br><br><b>4. AFTER class you returned</b>: we expressed our pride about how brilliant she is. This <b>made you angrier and instead of being happy like a normal parent, you went off again</b> bashing poor Lizzie despite her showing off her new manners right in front of you.<br><br><b>5.AFTER leaving you sent an insulting email</b>: attempted to put absurd words in our mouths while also trying to claim that you know better than us because you’ve had dogs before and you poorly executed random training advice that obviously didn’t work. Why does she misbehave with you then?<br><br><i>She deserves to be respected… you need to accept your mistakes, learn… and fix them... Our job, as was clearly discussed before you signed up, is to… guide you... but <b>you don't seem to be willing to give her a chance or to even try to learn."<br><br>"…No demands from owners will push us to mistreat any animal</b> (what you mentioned… is… mistreating as we'd be creating scenarios in which she can't possibly succeed now)… We have never encountered… this before... a client putting us down before they even have a class with us and have the opportunity to learn or put anything into practice…. AND after the one class we had was successful WAY beyond what that class was supposed to be".</i><br>You didn’t even reply to our email, which ended: <i>"<b>We're open, once again, to understanding that you have had a bad day, and to move on from this in a professional way like this was just an honest misunderstanding driven by your personal problems that happened before we even interacted today. Hopefully you can reconsider and we can move on from this for Lizzie's good</b>."</i>, canceling the confirmed classes, so we sat there waiting for you. Until 2+ weeks later when your husband sent us threats and more lies. Even so, we <b>even offered a big discount</b>, without a reply other than this childish review.<br><br>You are right, though, about your mistake coming to us. <b>Every other irresponsible owner should know that if you expect us to bash or mistreat your dog, refuse to own your mistakes, aren't willing to put in the effort to learn how to understand them or expect us to deal with adults throwing temper tantrums and humiliating us for no valid reason, we don't want you here.
