About Canine Training Services
My name is Doctor Elliott Briggs. I started this home-based company to do training right. I offer a wide range of dog training services including basic obedience, service dog training, canine rehabilitation (working with aggressive, fearful, or other unwanted behaviors) Before working with dogs I practiced clinical psychology and applied behavior analysis. Later on I adapted the behavior sciences I had learned to dog training. This has given me a strong understanding of both canine and human behavior. I love dogs and it is my goal to provide affordable and highly effective dog training. Whether you need your furry little buddy to support you, protect you, or just behave better. I can make it happen!

Elliot is amazing at what he does. We highly recommend him to anyone in need of a trainer! We’re working to have our Siberian Husky, Nikita, as my husband’s service animal and she has made such wonderful progress!! We had trouble with her listening to our commands, just having a normal walk, and wanted to trust her off-leash. In a few weeks she was walking beside us with no pulling smoothly. She actually listens to our commands now and does an excellent job coming back to us off-leash. Just a complete turn-around. Nikita loves Elliot and really trusts him, it’s just his vibe. He has techniques and recommendations that we practice with her and are super easy follow. A very professional, trustworthy, and reliable trainer. Great to be around. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!
Elliott helped me with our Tibetan Mastiff. She guards food and can get aggressive and has bitten me in the past. He taught me how to handle her in a safe, comfortable way so that I am in charge and we have a good relationship all the time, not just when she decides. As soon as I get a puppy addition he is my first call!

Elliott is awesome. We have a Doberman that was a little over a year old when we first started working with him and prior to that we were ready to give up. She didn’t listen to anyone about anything but after just one session she was already doing basic commands. Fast forward and she’s a great dog now, we’re still working on off leash stuff out in public but she’s 10x better than she was. I don’t know where we’d be without canine training services. I would recommend them to anyone having problems with their dog.
We’re so happy with the result we got with Elliott! Our one and a half years old puppy loves him and turned into a much more well behaved dog after a few training sessions. He also has lots of tips and tricks about living with a dog. I always learned something useful when I asked my questions.
