Canine Cooperative completely transformed our lives—and Peanut’s. Peanut, our 6-year-old Bichon Shih Tzu mix, was an absolute mess before we found Canine Cooperative. While he was obedient in some ways, we had never truly held him accountable, set boundaries, or addressed his mindset. We were stuck in a constant cycle of reactivity and had no idea how deep the issues ran. Before finding Canine Cooperative, we worked with 6 to 8 different trainers—each offering conflicting advice that left us more confused and frustrated. Even when we followed their guidance consistently, nothing seemed to stick. That changed the moment we enrolled Peanut in Canine Cooperative’s All-In Program. Their methods are clear, practical, and—most importantly—they actually work. Unlike other programs, this wasn’t just about obedience commands. It was about understanding our dog’s mindset and learning how to lead with clarity and confidence. Thanks to Canine Cooperative, we can now take all of our dogs out without feeling stressed or embarrassed. We know how to handle them in any situation—and Peanut, who used to react to people, dogs, bikes, skateboards, and even mail trucks, now walks calmly with little to no reaction at all. Jaimee and Sabrina have transformed our relationship with our dog-reactive German Shepherd. We went from walking at odd times just to avoid seeing other dogs to working through situations as they arise. We are no longer afraid or anxious of how to handle things. We are happier and so is our dog because we’re not “hiding out.” Their approach is the most logical, gentle and humane I’ve ever witnessed, and I’ve been around a few. They tap into the dog’s intelligence to make good choices. The most important part of this is educating owners about what the dog is trying to convey. Once you understand the dog’s language it’s like unlocking a door. Whether you consider yourself well versed in “dog sense” or not, Jaimee and Sabrina’s training will have a positive impact on your relationship with your dog. Canine Cooperative truly changed our lives and was one of the smartest investments we’ve ever made.

We first connected with the Canine Cooperative in November 2023 and knew—after just one session of the DIY Program—that we had to commit to their All-In Program. The transformation we saw in just three hours shifted our entire mindset on how to build a healthier, more communicative relationship with our dogs. We’d been struggling with Po’s anxiety and the overwhelming task of simply walking Pica—who would try to eat everything off the ground. It was exhausting and discouraging. During our first five months of training, Canine Cooperative had been laying down a foundation of structure, behavior, and understanding—not just for the dogs, but for us too. They brought us back to the basics, showing us the importance of biorhythms, crate training, recall, and creating space for our dogs to emotionally reset. Though Po and Pica couldn’t be more different, the team tailored every lesson to meet each of their unique needs. They answered every question we had, built up our confidence, and gave us tools that have truly changed our lives. Today, our dogs can confidently walk off-leash (!!!), and so much more. Po’s anxiety has eased now that she knows she’ll be redirected when she feels uncertain. She moves through the world with so much more peace and joy. And with Pica, we’ve finally cracked the code to keeping her head off the ground—just taking her outside is no longer a stressful ordeal. We still have more work ahead, but now we feel ready—and excited—because we’ve got everything we need to live in harmony with our pups. Huge thank you to Sabrina, Jaimee, and the entire CC team.
