Your dog leaves the setting of his or her past behavior to become immersed in our intensive calm on command lifestyle training program, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. We are boutique and keep things small, so we can achieve optimal results. We service Maryland, Washington DC and beyond.

I highly recommend Calm on Command K9 dog training and rehabilitation. I have worked with numerous dog trainers and Rosie and Rj have been the only ones who have been able to help me with my dog Bhodi. He had some pretty severe aggression issues and reactivity that made it impossible for me to walk him. I am now able to have friends over while he holds place, and can take him on walks in the park, which has been a game changer for his state of mind. They are seriously the best trainers you will find anywhere.

Training your dog can be a stressful experience, and RJ and Rosie bring with them a calming energy and great knowledge to each and every session. If your pup is having reactivity, aggression, or just needs basic obedience training, RJ and Rosie are the duo for you. I have recommended them to all of my family and friends who have pups! You will not be disappointed!

We had an incredible experience with RJ and Rosie, that went far beyond our expectations. After the 1st lesson we were able to go on long walks with our timid hyper-reactive puppy that wound nip at everything including runners, bikers, other dogs or anyone making loud noises. From then, each lesson far exceeded our expectations as our puppy has been learning more and more advanced skills and becoming less anxious and reactive.
RJ and Rosie are very pleasant to interact with, and they taught us both practical skills and the theory behind their methodology. This has been extremely helpful in getting rid of unwanted behaviors in our adults dogs.
They have been very responsive through each challenge that’s come up, and the bi-monthly pack walks they offer are an absolute delight to get further help with our dogs as well as spend time with wonderful people.
I have been recommending them to anyone I know with a dog. They have truly helped our dogs be less stressed and anxious, and made it easier for us to take our dogs everywhere with us.
